What are the typical delivery terms?
Production starts upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. The production period is generally within 30 days until shipping from the date of order confirmation and technical drawing approval.
How is the final price determined?
Due to the customization of elevators, the final price varies based on specifications such as loading capacity, number of floors, and material choices. Listed prices are for reference.
What are the accepted terms of payment?
We typically accept T/T and L/C at sight. The standard process is a 30% advance payment with the order confirmation and the remaining 70% before shipping.
What kind of packing is used for export?
We use high-quality Ply-Wood cases which meet standard export packing requirements to ensure the safety of the components during transit.
What is the quality guarantee period?
The quality guarantee is valid for two years from the date of hand-over or 18 months from the date of delivery of materials, whichever comes earlier.
Can the elevators be customized for specific buildings?
Yes, our elevators are fully customizable. We can adjust the dimensions, materials (such as Mirror Etching or Hairline Stainless Steel), and functions (like IC Card or Remote Monitoring) to fit your project.
