1 What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in solid wood cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
2 What are your terms of delivery?
Our standard delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF.
3 How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after you confirm the elevator (escalator) specification and drawing, and upon receiving your advance payment.
4 Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes. For elevators, we assemble the cabin, cabin frame, and door operator for testing. For escalators, we perform a 72-hour running test. We also provide test pictures for your confirmation.
