2. What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?
We provide a 13-month guarantee starting from the B/L date. Free vulnerable parts are included in the shipment. Any parts damaged due to quality issues within the guarantee period will be replaced free of charge after confirmation.
3. What kind of packaging is used for international shipping?
All products are packed using standard export wooden cases and bundles to ensure maximum protection during sea or land transport.
4. What are the available payment terms and delivery times?
We accept T/T at sight or L/C. Standard delivery time ranges from 20-30 working days once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
